On The Ground LLC, DBA newbuildIQ.com is located in San Antonio Texas.  We will create a robust, searchable database of new home construction designed to help Realtors be more efficient in selling new homes.  Similar to the MLS, newbuildIQ.com will allow Realtors to have up to date access to all the communities, floorplans and standard features where builders are actively developing.

Brian M. Paris – CEO 

Brian is a licensed Realtor in Texas since 2009.  In 2016, Brian was recognized as being in the top 1% of individual agents for total Gross Sales and for the number of transactions closed in San Antonio.  For 29 years, Brian has worked in a call center for a multinational financial institution. Some of the leadership roles he held during that time were Implementation Manager, Offshore Training Manager, Corporate Trainer, Operations Manager and Team Lead.  He has extensive experience with project planning and execution, building teams and managing day to day operations.
